TERMS & CONDITIONS
Xp2u.com is an internet based service owned by K Long
Dotcom. Online payment transaction is under the website
name of 2checkout.com. Xp2u.com provides domain registration
and web hosting. Domain registration is done through accredited
domain registrars. In some cases it is possible that someone
else may register your domain name before we do. We accept
no liability for this or any other circumstances that
may result in this failure. In which event, a refund will
be issued unless if you request another name instead.
Xp2u.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
at any given time for reason(s) of infringement of copyrights
or any other reason(s) at its sole discretion.
Xp2u.com does not allow any of the following content
to be stored in the web hosting space (ftp space included)
that you are provided with. This applies to both free
and paid hosting.
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial
audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation
of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images,
or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation
of "adult material" is left entirely to the
discretion of Xp2u.com. We do not tolerate child pornography!
Any account found with such content will be taken offline
immediately without notice or any refund and properly
forwarded to the attention of the local authorities.
Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking,
hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting
of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide
"links to" or "how to" information
about such material.
Spam (unsolicited bulk e-mail) & Undesirable E-mail
Services - No spamming is allowed. We reserve the right
to cancel anyone spamming immediately and without refund.
We also reserve the right to cancel without refund, anyone
who causes our company to be blocked by any e-mail service
- this includes selling bulk-emailing software and/or
e-mailing lists. Spammers will incur a minimum $100 service
fee.
If you are found to be engaging in any of the above activities
then your account will be terminated without warning and
you will not be entitled to any refunds that you would
otherwise have been entitled to on leaving/canceling your
account with us.
HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization.
Xp2u.com may at any given time implement the following
policy to its sole discretion:
When a website is found to be monopolizing the resources
available Xp2u.com reserves the right to suspend that
site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme
circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of
servers on which your site will be hosted or any other
servers with which your site is associated with.
NETWORK ABUSE
Xp2u.com forbids any form of network abuse including but
not limited to "denial of service" attacks.
Any form of bandwidth abuse, IP abuse or network abuse
will not be tolerated. Any user generating any form of
abuse will be subject to a 24 hour notice period, this
period must be used to clear up any abuse problems eliminating
from his/her server. If within this period the abuse problem(s)
are not resolved, the user will be subject to immediate
termination of service without notice or refund. If a
user is found to be deliberately using the Xp2u.com network
to perform network attacks, a cleanup fee of $250 per
incident will be imposed on the user.
IRC
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated
on our servers.
PAYMENT POLICIES
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although Xp2u.com
reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services
at any time, all pricing is guaranteed for the period
of prepayment.
For annual accounts, payment is due each anniversary year
of the date the account was established. Customers will
be expected to renew their account at the end of their
prepay period. The account will be automatically charged
for the next year unless a cancellation form is submitted.
In addition, Xp2u.com reserves the right to suspend other
services by the same customer with an outstanding balance,
until the outstanding debt is cleared. The customer is
responsible for all money owed on the account from the
time it was established to the time that the customer
submits a cancellation email. No other method whether
written or verbal will be accepted for cancelling an account.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular (postal)
mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers
via email after the online purchase has been made. At
this point the customer's card will be charged automatically.
Termination by Customer.
Customer may terminate this Agreement if month-to-month
upon thirty (30) days prior notice and full payment of
all subscription fees through the end of the notice period.
Term accounts may only be cancelled by paying a cancellation
fee equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the remaining
contract balance and by making payment of any outstanding
telecommunications charges related to the establishment,
maintenance and cancellation of Service to the Customer.
If Xp2u.com breaches any material term of this Agreement
and such breach continues for ten (10) business days after
Customer has notified Xp2u.com, you may immediately terminate
this Agreement. The foregoing notwithstanding, Customer
agrees that payments for domain registration services
are non-refundable. Domain registrations may only be terminated
if Customer notifies Xp2u.com in writing within 12 hours
of the initial domain registration application submission.

into agreements/contracts with and including his/her agents
